We started the week by looking at mechanical toys in D.T, which are toys powered by physical movement. This allowed us to see how mechanics made the toys physically move. We enjoyed playing around with different types of toys and learning about the mechanics behind their movements. This is the starting point for our D.T topic, all about CAMS and mechanisms where our end product will be a moving toy. 

We ended the week with World Book Day when the children came dressed up as characters. We also enjoyed some online, live workshops with authors during the week.
