This week in Music, we were improvising using the notes CFG. The children were very good at keeping to four beats per bar. 

In Science, they were investigating the permeability, the density and the durability of rocks. We were discussing how useful rocks are and how we would decide which rock would be suitable for different uses. 

Finally we had GLITTER DAY! Today the children were studying the artist Edvard Munch. They were creating calendars in the style of Edvard. We explored his techniques, using wavy lines, diagonal lines and straight lines.
