In art, we looked carefully at a piece of artwork called Three Sounds by Wassily Kandinsky. We discussed all the different shapes we could see and how he had used different sizes and orientations. We then had a go creating some concentric triangles and oblong rectangles using our whiteboards. After that, we created a group piece of artwork using a range of different media. We really enjoyed this lesson!
In science this week, we had lots of fun naming and recognising our different body parts. We sang songs, labelled our bodies and some of us went on a scavenger hunt around school to find pictures of various body parts.
