In History this week, we explored the old toys that have been kindly loaned to us from the museum. The children enjoyed investigating the toys and trying to work out how they would of been played with. We know that most toys in the past were made from wood or metal. In science, we went to our forest area to observe different types of leaves. We used lots of different adjectives to describe the leaves. We choose our 2 favourite leaves and took them back to class with us to observe more closely. In DT, we designed our salad and thought of a creative name to call it. The children had lots of fantastic ideas and have designed some delicious looking salads.
