We have had another exciting week in Year 1! In English, we have tasted different fruits and vegetables. We then wrote sentences using the conjunction and to describe them. Mrs North visited us for our history lesson. She told us about the toys she used to play with when she was a little girl. We had time to play with the toys she brought in. In science, we compared our common facial features and body parts to our friends.

In DT, we practised skills that we will need when making our healthy salads. We practised peeling, grating and chopping.
