This week we all voted for who we wanted to be our class counsellors. First, we discussed what qualities a good counsellor would need to have. After that, we collected the names of everyone who would like to be considered for the role. All the children then had a piece of paper and wrote the 2 names of the children who they wanted to represent our class as our counsellors. We folded it up and popped it into the ballot box.  It was a close vote, but the winners were Aria and Harry G. Well done to both! I know you will do Class 1S proud! 

We are really enjoying our drawing topic in art. This week we practised drawing spirals using a range of different media. We found it a bit tricky at first to do this using one continuous line, but we persevered and created some lovely pieces of work by the end of the lesson.
