In Science this week, we looked at friction. We learnt that friction is a force between two surfaces that are sliding or trying to slide across each other. We completed different friction challenges to see the effects of friction in action. We had to try to pick up jelly on two plates: one with no oil and one with oil and had to decide which was easier to do. We intertwined two books together with their pages and tried to pull them apart. This found that this was impossible to do!
